At EyeLoveLash, we strive to provide the top quality services. We strictly enforce our store policy to best serve our customers. Appointment

Appointment can be made by phone, text, or online appointment system. We do not take appointments made by email or social media sites. We require $20 deposit or credit/debit card-hold (sometimes up to 100% deposit) for each appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arrival later than 15 minutes may need a rescheduling; in this case, deposit will be redeemed for that appointment session and will not be returned. We strongly advice our customers to arrive 15 minutes prior the appointment time to get prepared and fill-out information sheet for new customers.
There are many unexpected situations such as delays, traffic, parking spot…etc, so please plan ahead of time. Customers will be responsible for any late shows.

Late Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-shows

All the cancellation/rescheduling notices are must be made by phone or text 6 hours ahead of your appointment time. We charge $20 for late notice and no-show for each appointment.

For repeat late-notices and no-shows, we may require prepayment deposit of 50% and 100% of appointment value.

We strictly enforce this rule, so there is no exception of any kind. Please honor your appointment time so that we can take time to serve yourself and other customers with best result.

No-pets

We love pets but unfortunately we don’t have resources to watch your pets during the appointment session. Please be advised that no pets are allowed in the facility.

Child Policy

We have sharp tools and equipment that produces extreme heat and steams. Due to safety reason and insurance purpose, we do not allow kids under 12 years old to enter the premise.
