FAQ
Is an appointment required?
Yes, appointment is highly recommended.
How do I prepare for the appointment?
We recommend cleaning any eye make-up including mascara, eye shadow, and eyeliner.
Does the application of eyelash extensions hurt?
No, it is a pain free procedure. You lay down and your eyes are shut and a technician applies single eyelash extensions to a natural eyelash without touching the skin.
Can I wear contact lenses or glasses?
Yes, you can wear glasses or contacts with extensions daily. However, we recommend taking off contacts during the application process, which is more comfortable.
What is your children policy?
For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We also do not have the facilities or personnel to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring my pet to the salon?
Only disability assistance dogs are allowed.
Do I need to wear mascara when I have lash extensions?
No. Wearing mascara will make the lashes fall off easier. So please avoid it if possible. About the eyeliner, we only recommend certified eyelash-safe products. You can get them in our salon.
How do you remove the eyelash extensions if I don’t want them anymore?
Eyelash extensions will fall out naturally one by one without your real lashes. The whole process can take up to months to be complete. So we highly recommend coming to the store get a lash removal service done, which is fast, pain-free, and damage free to your real lashes.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Absolutely not if the lashes are applied and cared for correctly, we only allow certified technicians who passed strict training program to apply lashes in our salon. So as long as you don’t pick them or pull them out, you should be fine just like many of our loyal customers who have been to us for years.
How do I take care of my lashes?
Please avoid water at least for 24 hours to ensure the glue to be cured completely. Also, always use oil-free products around your eyes. Finally, do not rub, pick, or pull your extension lashes out.
Should I get lashes done if I have reaction to glue or eyes are very sensitive?
Please notify our technician about your eye condition before the procedure. If you have sensitive eyes please notify us, so that we can determine the best way to perform the service.

Although, we are more than happy to assist you with resolving the issue together. Please notify us within 3 days if you have any concerns with your lash service.
